An everyday life's Odyssey

Les Resources Humaines – La joie quand même ? They are releasing an album soon, and they asked me to be their photograph for this album’s cover. I don’t know if this will be this pic, as quite a few were shot, but I particularly like this one. Shooting an ensemble isn’t something I’m really familiar with, so it was nice to play around with them as they brought lots of ideas and good will. The picture had to be squared, and had to be related to the band name (“Human Resources”) and their album’s name (roughly translatable by “joy anyway”). We all met at la Défense, Paris financial district. They came with their outfits and sunflowers, and we strolled around the arch, took a few pics here and there. Before the end, I wanted to go the colorful column and see what we could do. I tried to direct them (and it looks like I have a lot to learn concerning direction); but I like this one where they all seem to mind their business, pretty much like how a HR team would take a break.
