Kutná Hora – Sedlec ossuary
Hi all, back from Czech Republic! Beautiful country. Didn’t have time to see all I wanted, but I saw great things. This is the Sedlec ossuary near Kutna Hora. It used to be one of the most important cities in Bohemia due to it’s silver mine, it is now a little town, trying not to disappear and being only a touristic destination.

Ominous image, it took my breath away. Great perspective in this shot and amazing details and clarity. Excellent composition, nice work.
A part ça, juste un tantinet morbide et flippant… lol
Cool image. It would have been very cool if the focus was on the skull. 😉
This is a very interesting shot. Love the colour palette
thanks all for your comments 🙂
@Apo: yes, indeed, the front of the skull is a bit out of dof, though I don't think it's truly a problem. 😀
macabre et rococo à souhaits, on se croirait à Naples ou en Sicile
la photo est magnifique
