Wow, great ! Good idea to have taken it aligned with the boat's floating line and not with the horizon. I like the agressive look of the bow, and with the reclined view, it's like the boat is still sailing in a big storm, against time and weather.

Nice black and white. The shot is partly burn indeed, but the contrast is high… It's difficult not to burn the sky ! But I think you may be able to recover it with some post-processing of the RAW.
The blac and white is beautiful. I love it.
