The monk and the train.

We stayed in Lopburi longer than we wanted. The city is small, cialis and once we visited the museum, the monkey district and a couple of temples, we decided to finally go to Bangkok. The train system is fairly unreliable in Thailand, and we ended up boarding the damn train 3 to 4 hours later than scheduled. The doors were left opened while the train was going. I went there to take some pictures of the land under the brewing storm.

Monks have dedicated benches in the train, usually at the end and the beginning of each cars. This one saw me, and with a big smile, he invited me to take one picture of him. This “ONE” picture seemed to be important to him, so I had no room for any mistake. I tried my best, took the shot, and showed it to him. I think he was really pleased with the result. One funny thing is that he took the pose with this harsh look for this shot while he was smiling and laughing most of the time 🙂
