Sunrise over the rice fields. In the train from Chiang Mai to Ayutthaya. We took a night train to head south. On our way to Bangkok, we decided to stop by Lop Buri, and Ayutthaya. While the train is pretty comfortable (at least the AC’d 2nd class), the train schedule is really unreliable (when we reached the city, we were 1 hour and a half late…). When we woke up, the sun was rising.
