Euro semi-finals. Spain-Portugal. Even in Amsterdam, hospital lots of TV were on, most of bars were crowded with people hooked up on the television. We just finished hanging around the red light district, and we were heading home. Our bikes (yes, we rent bikes in Amsterdam! And this was awesome, definitely worth it) were parked next to the Buddhist temple. I loved the lights of this bar, and while some were eagerly watching Spain and Portugal go into extra-time, others kept reading books and drinking beer, like nothing else was worth the distraction.
