From the top of the St Vincent de Paul hospital, <a href=\"http:\/\/buycialisonlinefree.net\/\" style=\"text-decoration:none;color:#676c6c\">for sale<\/a>  in Paris. The place is an old hospital, currently hosting people before it gets demolished in 2 years. While visiting the place, a guy offered to visit the top of the building. From there, we had access to a ladder to the very top.
