This Beech D-18 has become a landmark of Beatty, a small town on the edge of Death Valley and next to Yucca mountain. The town itself isn&#8217;t much: a couple of houses and hotels along the main road, amongst which you can get the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/maps\/place\/Happy+Burro+Chili+%26+Beer\/@36.9038954,-116.7650291,14.25z\/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x233b88ff7e2d5b1a\">nicest Chili con Carne ever<\/a>. The plane crashed 37 years ago <a href=\"http:\/\/pvtimes.com\/news\/beatty-rallied-around-charitable-brothel-owner.html\">during a promotional event for a brothel around there<\/a>.
